Recall of Ragu sauces recalled for the second time in 2 months for any plastic fragments

WASHINGTON (CNN NEWSOURCE / WFLA) – A reminder of Ragu pasta sauces in the United States has been released as there is some concern that the sauce may contain plastic fragments.

According to the FDA, no consumer complained nor was injured.

This is the second reminder in as many months about plastic pieces in Ragu sauces. In mid-June, one of them consisted of large meat sauces with tomato, garlic and onion, the old.

Consumers are asked to look for the cap code on the yellow Ragu pot stopper and expiry dates.

The recall includes the following sauces:
