Coutinho completed in January 2018 a transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona of £ 142 million, which he described as a "dream transfer" at the time.
But the dream of Coutinho has become a nightmare in recent months: the Brazilian is struggling to keep fit, is in freefall at Camp Nou and does not impress the fans.

Coutinho would join his friend and fellow Neymar in France, who would have influenced the decision of the former Liverpool star.
RMC Sport reports that Barcelona has taken a formal approach to sign Neymar again this summer, likely to replace Coutinho, which would lay the groundwork.
But PSG chairman Nbader bin Ghanim Al-Khelaifi has made it clear that he had no intention of selling the man for whom the club had spent 198 million pounds in 2017.
