Some repairs to the Ashaiman Upper Bridge, the section of the highway to Tema-Accra, will cause traffic disruptions from August 1 to 22, 2021.
Repair work concerns a damaged beam on the upper deck, according to a statement from the Ghana Highway Authority.
The statement advised motorists to follow traffic diversion signs to be placed on designated sections of the highway to facilitate the free flow of traffic in the construction area.
Traffic to Accra and traffic from Ashaiman to Accra will be affected by this repair work.
