Report: Nipsey Hussle's murder suspect pleads not guilty

Eric Holder, the man who would have shot dead Nipsey Hussle On March 31, he pleaded not guilty at his indictment hearing on Thursday, April 4.

Holder's lawyer is Christopher Darden, known to have sat on the prosecution team with Marcia Clark in O.J. Simpson's double murder trial in 1995.

The owner was charged with a murder leader, two counts of attempted murder and a charge of possession of a firearm by a criminal in the case. The attempted murder charges relate to the alleged killings of two men – Kerry Lathan and Shermi Cervabta Villanueva – who were with Nipsey outside his Marathon clothing store. If he is found guilty, his incumbent incurs a life sentence in prison. TMZ reports that his bail is set at $ 5 million, but the Los Angeles County detainee database mentions his bail at $ 7.04 million.

Eric Holder is scheduled to appear in court for another hearing on May 10.
