Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament for Assin Central
Parliament's Privileges Committee recommended that the House suspend or reprimand Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong for insulting Parliament.
In its report following hearings on Kennedy Agyapong's conduct in Anas Aremeyaw Anas documentary No. 12 on corruption in Ghanaian football, the Committee declared the Frankly-Guilty Member guilty of contempt .

The committee's report indicated that it did not consider the deportation a punishment for Kennedy Agyapong because of the apology, but said: "The Committee was, however, in favor of a reprimand or suspension after lengthy deliberation".
The report says that there was a split vote when voting on the opportunity to reprimand the deputy or suspend him.
