Last summer, Star wars fans had their world shaken when a surprise announcement announced the return of the animated series The clone war. We are now near the return of the series, this time by Disney +, and a new trailer has revealed the return of a certain Jedi.
Star Wars: The clone war the seventh season brings back Ahsoka Tano (Ashley Eckstein), who left behind her master Anakin Skywalker and the rest of the Jedi Council venturing alone. The full trailer shows where she finds new friends, but she plunges further into the title war, showing Jedi in action, Clone Troopers by their side and a villain that fans will be happy to see again. Watch the Star Wars: The clone war season 7 trailer below.
The Star Wars Clone Wars Season 7
As you can see above, Ahsoka spends time in the squalid basins of Coruscant and makes new friends. But eventually, she finds the way to help the Jedi in the Clone Wars and even gets a new outfit of soldiers to order, each with the face of her helmet painted in orange with the white marks of her face. You can see an animated version of the full clip below, as revealed in the panel:
Of course, these are not the only new Troopers clones on the scene. Some key soldiers were lost in action, giving Clone Force 99, or The Bad Batch, a chance to approach and kick a droid-in-battle bad. The group of ragtag soldiers was teased in the published development sequence while the series was not supposed to come back for new episodes, but we can now see them in all their splendor.
As the animatic shows above, Ahsoka joins Anakin Skywalker. And as the trailer reveals, he makes his double lightsabers, but this time with blue blades instead of green ones. We'll see these blades come up against a well-known Sith villain when Darth Maul shows up at the end of this trailer. It's a nice touch he mentions in the hope of revenge on Obi-Wan Kenobi, and we know he'll have his wish much later thanks to Star Wars Rebels.
Star Wars: The clone war will return exclusively to Disney + during the first year of operating services.
