Pierre Gasly and Antonio Giovinazzi both lost the grid for the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday after incurring penalties in qualifying.

Giovinazzi was the first driver called in front of the stewards while the driver of Alfa Romeo clearly prevented Nico Hulkenberg.

Giovinazzi is qualified P15 but drops to 18th place.

It was a bit the same for Gasly, also blocking a bust. This time, Romain Grosjean is the victim.

Gasly will start eighth on the grid.

Grosjean, however, says the blame belongs to Red Bull, not to Gasly.

"Poor guy, he did not say anything," he says.

"It had a big impact for me because I could have reached the third quarter and I obviously finished 13th.

"I think Red Bull has overwhelmingly congratulated him. Pierre could not do anything. "

Lewis Hamilton will start from pole after defeating Valtteri Bottas in qualifying, while Max Verstappen and Sebastian Vettel will be in second place.
