Amazon released the first trailer for the new Richard Hammond and Tory Belleci adventure series The great escapees. The show will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on January 29.
The great escapees follows The Grand Tour and Against the myths stars as they are shipwrecked together on a desert island with nothing but their wits and their junk wreck to survive.
The couple build an exotic wonderland using what they have from the shipwreck and what they can find on the island. The duo’s insane builds range from island-hopping vehicles to an oversized waterwheel.
The six-part series is produced by Hammond’s Chimp Productions. Gareth Cornick’s director produces.
