Rimac sold the first year of production of C_Two

Despite all this, Rimac announced that the first year of production of the C_Two had been counted. Big Boss Mate Rimac confirmed in a recent article that contrary to rumors online, the C_Two has do not sold entirely.

“While it’s not uncommon for hypercars to run out of stock before they go into production,” says Mate, “this is usually only the case for established brands, like Ferrari.

“Customers are very interested in the car, but want to see how it goes – they want to try it out before they commit and see the reviews. We totally agree with that and have never pushed customers to sign up before trying the car. “

He points to the fact that very few people have sampled the C_Two so far, one being 2016 F1 World Champion Nico Rosberg. Either way, the car is still in development and Mate doesn’t want the customer to “experience any problems or irregularities which will be improved in the production car”.

At full capacity, Rimac expects to be able to build four cars per month, although, given that it is still tweaking the details, that will not happen in 2021. Currently, Rimac is building three marketing / sales used to unveil the final production version, and Mate remains convinced that “there will be more demand than the limit of 150 units that we have set.”

“What I’m working on day and night is making sure the car is as perfect as it gets, and that it (on) delivers on everything we promised. If we are successful – and there is no indication that we will not – I am not afraid to sell 150 units, ”he adds.
