Eden Hazard inspired the Blues to glory with a double in what was probably her last game in blue.

Maurizio Sarri was clearly relieved, given speculation about his future – and immediately took out a cigar after the whistle full time.
He will celebrate what turned out to be a successful first season in English football, finishing third in the Premier League and winning a European trophy.

Meanwhile, veteran goalie Rob Green made comparisons with John Terry by wearing a full kit of Chelsea and lifting the trophy.
Terry made his equipment famous after the 2012 Champions League final – but at least he played a certain role during the competition.
Green, on the other hand, has not played a competitive match for 645 days.

The German threw his Chelsea top on an elegant white shirt and stumbled on crutches during the celebrations.
Hazard took the opportunity to say goodbye to Chelsea, confirming his imminent start to Real Madrid.
