At the age of 18, Rod fathered his first daughter, Sarah Streeter, with Susannah Boffey, an art student. She was raised by adoptive parents.

He then married Alana Hamilton, now 73, and the duo became the father of Kimberley and Sean Stewart.

After their separation, the Baby Jane Belter welcomed her daughter Ruby, now 30, with her ex-model girlfriend, Kelly Emberg, who is now 58 years old.

Her second marriage was with 48-year-old New York model Rachel Hunter, from 1990 to 2006, with whom he shares 23-year-old son Liam and 26-year-old daughter Renée.
