Rod Stewart, 74, jokingly tells that he lost his teenage son Alastair, 13, to benefit girls and Fortnite

He is a loving father for his eight children and recently revealed that he was working as part of his job respecting the schedules of his children.

And Rod Stewart, 74, admitted that his teenage son Alastair, 13, was missing him while he was joking that he lost the teenager to the video game "Fortnite and Girls".

In a recent appearance on The Late Late Show in Ireland, Forever Young's director told presenter Ryan Tubridy, "It was Fortnite first, now he has his phone, so they're all girls. There is one side that I feel lost in him for two or three years.

The legendary rocker put the change in their relationship so that Alastair becomes a teenager.

The sail singer, Rod, added, "I guess it's growing, he's becoming a teenager and that's a tough time for him. I miss him so much. The boy in him misses me.

During the interview, the musician admitted to having often forgotten the age of his eldest daughter, Sarah, aged 55, and regretted not having spent enough time with his children at the beginning of his career.

Rod explained: "Do not ask me how old is the eldest?" She is up there. I had a naughty eye wink when I was a teenager.

"With Sean and Kimberly, I was often on tour. I was indebted to the IRS (in America) in the late '70s. I had to do a lot of tours, so I did not see them. & # 39;

The lovebirds Rod and his wife Penny Lancaster, 48, who was married in Italy in 2007, are raising their sons Alastair and Aiden, seven years old.

The singer has previously praised his wife for eleven years for bringing together his eight children from five different relationships.

At the age of 18, Rod fathered his first daughter, Sarah Streeter, with Susannah Boffey, an art student. She was raised by adoptive parents.

He then married Alana Hamilton, now 73, and the duo became the father of Kimberley and Sean Stewart.

After their separation, the Baby Jane Belter welcomed her daughter Ruby, now 30, with her ex-model girlfriend, Kelly Emberg, who is now 58 years old.

Her second marriage was with 48-year-old New York model Rachel Hunter, from 1990 to 2006, with whom he shares 23-year-old son Liam and 26-year-old daughter Renée.
