The Coronation Street star, Dolly-Rose Campbell, is bibadual and acknowledged that Manchester Pride had helped her accept her baduality.

The soap star now wants to use her experience to help others cope with theirs, while she's looking to become an ambbadador for gay pride.

The Daily Star reported that Dolly, who plays Gemma Winter in the famous ITV soap opera, was a long-time supporter of the Manchester Festival.

The 31-year-old star said, "I've been proud of myself for over 10 years.

"The love and acceptance shown by the Manchesterians have allowed me to accept my bibaduality and to be proud of who I am."

Now that she has reached this milestone, she now wants to help others better manage their baduality.

Dolly-Rose became an ambbadador for Manchester Pride and talked about her role.

She said: "Manchester Pride's work throughout the year to create opportunities for members of the LGBTQ + community in Manchester and beyond has a huge impact on the lives of many people."

Dolly-Rose has already taken steps to make a difference by announcing Manchester Pride's new advertising, this year's festival taking place on the Monday of the August holiday.
