A lucky cruise line pbadenger will receive the equivalent of £ 100,000 from Royal Caribbean and the first ever breathtaking Shore Explorer apprentice ship. As if the benefits of this particular role were not vast and impressive enough, the lucky apprentice will also have a first glimpse of the new and exclusive exclusive private island of Royal Caribbean in the Caribbean, Perfect Day at CocoCay, which will open its doors in May 2019.
Those wishing to apply for a single position must apply via the cruise company's Instagram page.
They will have to share their favorite travel experience as a photo or video on Instagram, Insta-Stories or IGTV stories with #ShoreExplorer and @RoyalCaribbeanUK tags.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, hold a valid pbadport and be able to travel this year.
Royal Caribbean also conducted a survey on par with its first ship-apprentice Shore Explorer, based on travelers' wishes.
The results showed that more than half (51%) of Millennials say they would rather spend their money on memorable experiences than on material goods.
Meanwhile, nearly one-third (28%) of this age group has even booked a vacation or experience after seeing someone posting information about it on Instagram.
At the top of the destination wish list, there was a trip to see the northern lights.
