Aug. 24 (Reuters) – RRJ Capital is in talks with Chinese conglomerate HNA Group Co for a $ 4 billion investment in US electronics distributor Ingram Micro Inc., Bloomberg said Saturday quoting people close to the issue.

The group led by RRJ, based in Hong Kong, will invest through an HNA bond that can be converted into nearly 50% of Ingram Micro's shares, Bloomberg said, bloom.bg/2NtC3Bz.
