According to the Just Disney fan website, Walt Disney would have launched its own airline from 2021.
What are the details?
For Disney to take flight, the company based in Burbank, California, would seek to purchase several small regional aircraft to operate flights from Orlando.
The catchment sites mentioned as possible targets include New York, Chicago, Detroit and Los Angeles, according to the JustDisney.com website. The fan website says that there has been talk of expanding the Magical Express shuttle service to theme parks to include a Disney-themed airline.
The Walt Disney Magical Express is a free bus service that takes guests from Orlando Airport to their Disney World hotel. Only guests staying at theme park hotels can use the service, which also includes luggage pickup at the airport and delivery to your hotel room. The service also works in the opposite direction, taking guests from the hotel to the airport after their Disney vacation.

Disney wants to offer the full experience
Disney now thinks that by incorporating the flight into a family vacation package, he would be able to offer the full Disney experience.
JustDisney adds that they have "ears" in the company's offices and are aware of what is being talked about for the new airline. Some of the ideas include Disney songs played while you board the plane and access to Disney's new streaming service from every seat. It is also question that Disney characters make a particular appearance on the flights to signal to you to direct you.
My favorite idea, if it's true, is that Buzz Lightyear's voice will be your captain. I wonder if they will make him say "to the infinite and beyond"!
All planes will be 100% Disney and Marvel themed
The liveries of the company will feature traditional Disney favorites like Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Marvel Comic Superheroes such as Spiderman and Captain America.
Food and beverages will include Mickey Mouse ice cream bars and hot churros.
Another rumor (and I insist it's a rumor) is that Coca-Cola could become involved in the airline one way or another.
Disney worked with Eastern Airlines
At the opening of the Disney World Fist in 1971, Eastern Airlines stood as the official airline of the leisure parks.
The cooperation between Disney and Eastern eventually resulted in the airline sponsoring the "If you had wings" attraction of Magic Kingdoms. Located in the park area known as "Tomorrowland", the two-person trip took you through all the destinations served by Eastern.
This partnership between Disney and Eastern Airlines lasted 15 years and allowed the airline, mainly based on the East Coast, to become one of the largest in Orlando. Although it has been in the airline industry since 1926, Eastern Airlines closed in 1991. Eastern's best routes were then awarded to American Airlines and Delta.
I must say I like the idea of a Disney-themed airline, but for it to work, it would have to be competitive with Southwest Airlines prices.
The big question here, though, is whether Disney needs its own airline. Would you fly with the Disney airline? Time will tell, because it is a rumor at this stage.
