NDC's national communications officer, Sammy Gyamfi, provided a detailed account of an alleged national health insurance authority. [NHIA] Investment with All-Time Capital Investment of the ruling party, the new patriotic party.

Even though NHIA documents suggest that the Authority's investment in All-Time Capital was initiated by the Mahama administration in July 2012 – Sammy Gyamfi says the opposite.
