Perforation designs do not go anywhere for at least two years
Like many other smartphone manufacturers, Samsung has been working for years on two elements that should consolidate the company's supremacy in the global mobile industry. But even as we move closer to the age of ubiquitous collapsible devices and "perfect full-screen" handsets, these two revolutionary designs require additional refinement.
Obviously, it's not that Samsung does not want to get the "perfect" design as quickly as possible. But for the moment, making an "invisible" camera hole is simply impossible. It is also unclear whether the technology will "progress" fast enough to produce a handset with an on-screen camera and sensors in two, three, five or ten years. Until then, Samsung is naturally proud of the Galaxy S10 family appearance, Yang describing the Infinity-O screen as a "milestone".
