Samsung wants to learn weaknesses of the Galaxy S10

Samsung does not want to save on battery capacity with its next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note 10. It should also give a new feature that Galaxy S10 smartphones miss.

Samsung has increased the battery capacity of the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus compared to its predecessors, but the runtime has only slightly improved. An update released yesterday is expected to increase the runtime slightly. In the end, you can achieve significantly higher battery life times, but only with a much larger battery. Samsung wants to install a battery of 4,500 mAh according to the latest information provided by the Galaxy Note 10 Pro. The energy storage would increase by 500 mAh compared to Note 9 and Galaxy S10 Plus by 400 mAh. In combination with other software enhancements, the battery life may be significantly longer – at least we hope so.

So that the bigger battery can be charged quickly, Samsung should give the Galaxy Note 10 Pro a fast charge function of 25 watts – says the Leaker. The Galaxy S10 smartphones charge nearly two hours, while a Huawei P30 Pro with a battery of 4,200 mAh recharges in one hour.

Instead of offering only a Galaxy Note 10, as was the case until now, Samsung wants to offer at least two models this year, or even three.
