Amrita reportedly stated that her maternal uncle, Madhusudhan, would have stayed in the property, this property worth Rs. Dhirendra Semal, who is a close friend of Amrita's maternal uncle, also asked where these people were when Madhusudan needed it the most. He also revealed that no one had come to see poor Madhusudan for three years and was claiming the property immediately after his death.
According to a report by Nivedita Kukreti, Police Commissioner (SSP), the case is already under trial and the police should be limited only to maintain public order.
