Michael Owusu Addo, Ghana rap artist and CEO of SarkCess Music, also known as Sarkodie, has for the first time mentioned the departure of Strongman, the former owner of the brand, and the reason for which his contract was not renewed.
Contrary to reports from some portals suggesting the termination of Strongman's contract due to outstanding scores, Sarkodie, in a very exclusive show with radio personality, NY DJ, on Y102.5FM in Kumasi, revealed that the release was mutual.
Although he admits that the contract could have been renewed, he thinks that Strongman could still exploit more by exploiting this "freedom" found.
"The release of Strongman was very reciprocal. We could have extended the contract and tried to work more. We sat down, badyzed everything, looked at the good sides and the disadvantages … "said Sarkodie.
He claims, however, that both parties have not yet completed, although the contract indicates it on paper.
