Awal Mohammed, a former Talented Kids participant and MTN Hitmaker, dismissed accusations that he had an argument with his mentor, Sarkodie.

Rejecting rumors that he disagreed with Sarkodie, the young rapper revealed that Sarkodie had already paid his tuition fees.

According to him, his relationship with Sarkodie is cool since his meeting with him: "I'm cool with Sarkodie, I'm going home."

Awal revealed that Sarkodie and he had the same boss, which helped to strengthen their position.

"We had a boss called Mr. Simon Ohene, that's where I lived and that's why he also comes most of the time. So we have a relationship and a relationship together, we had a lot of time together, "he said.

The first finalist in the revealing MTN 2018 series again revealed that Sarkodie had also supported him financially in the past.

"He [Sarkodie] and Mr. Simon Ohene Kofi paid my fees and he [Sarkodie] I'm giving him the credit for doing a good job, I think Sarkodie is cool, "he said.

"I do not think Sarkodie tells me it will be a big deal. If he signs, it's good otherwise, it's as good and the others can also sign me, "he said.

Awal pointed out that he was not jealous of Strongman Burner, who had joined Sarkcess Music in March 2017.

"I felt happy for a brother [Strongman] and it also motivated me to work very hard. Maybe Sarkodie saw something in him that he did not see in me, I just think I really have to work very hard, "he said.
