MAURIZIO SARRI prays for his last crisis meeting to prevent a FOURTH consecutive humiliation.
Chelsea boss led an urgent inquiry after Sunday's 6-0 victory in Manchester City.
That followed a 2-0 defeat at Arsenal and 4-0 at Bournemouth.
Sarri said: "It's not easy to play after a 6-0, but we have to play and we have to play well.
"We talked together for an hour the day after the match. We must have short-term goals. Tomorrow, the goal is to qualify or have a good result.
Monday, the goal will be to enter the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. Then win the League Cup.
"It's very strange to say after a 6-0, but we want to win. We need short term goals and then a long term dream. "
Sarri took part in two training sessions before flying to Sweden for the first leg of a match of the last 32 games of the Europa League which took on added significance.
Chelsea are now sixth in the Premier League and the European B-list competition could offer a more accessible route for the Champions League next season.
Sarri, who also held a crisis meeting after Bournemouth's pounding, should use his big gun like Eden Hazard tonight.
Marcos Alonso was left in London in the midst of rumors that the duo was scrambling about the defender's recent performance.
Sarri said, "I wanted Marcos to rest. No physical problem.
Sarri will be opposed to former Manchester City striker, Uwe Rosler, who now heads Malmo.
Rosler enjoyed Chelsea being crushed by his former team.
The German said, "You want me to be honest? I was delighted.
"Chelsea started very well, but City was efficient, accurate and killed the game early."
