"Saturday Night Live" makes fun of Chris Redd's Jussie Smollett Crying Wolf

The cast of "Saturday Night Live" did not spare Jussie Smollett in his sneaky tune-up of Chris Redd's version of the actor "Empire" claiming to have been attacked.

The "SNL" skit took place during a mock meeting of Fox executives to discuss the future of "Smollett" after Chicago officials claimed to have filed a false report that he had been attacked – but had abandoned the lawsuits.

"Jussie Smollett was a victim!", Insisted Sandra Oh, who played the role of "Smollett's agent".

"Oh, you like it," retorted "leader" Kate McKinnon.

Redd, late, then rushed inside, exclaiming breathlessly: "Guys, you do not go believe what happened has just happened. I was attacked again."

He posted "clues" about his attackers, including a box of "white stripes" toothpaste, red KKK letters and "gay" teletubby.

He is fired – to come back with another attack story.

Twitter fans had a very mixed reaction. Some loved it, while others found it hard.

Jussie Smollet's skit was worthy of mention! Not really funny. #SNL
