Shahid Kapoor is as angry as Hulk. Love is his poison

Shahid Kapoor just uploaded the teaser of Kabir Singh and he is brilliant as Bollywood's version of Arjun Reddy. So, meet Kabir Singh – a medical student "with an impeccable academic record" and a bona fide alcoholic. But that's the least of his problems and he's still angry. As angry as Hulk. Kabir Singh, a senior year student at the Delhi Institute of Medical Sciences is one of the best surgeons in his group, but he suffers from anger management issues. In the teaser, Shahid Kapoor was introduced when Vijay Deverakonda was in the Arjun Reddy teasing. Kabir Singh enters the clbadroom with smoke escaping from his mouth, then beats the pulp of a fellow in the middle of a fight.

Shahid Kapoor as Kabir Singh has all the nuances of being angry and it is rather scary. But the only person who calms him is his pre-love interest, played by Kiara Advani. The teaser stops at a simple introduction of Kabir and Preethi, when he kisses her and it becomes their little secret.

Presentation of the Kabir Singh Teaser, Shahid Kapoor said, "I'm not a rebel without a cause, it's me!"

Kabir Singh is the Hindi remake of Sandeep Vanga Arjun Reddy, who also runs the Bollywood version. The history of Arjun Reddy focuses on the troubled romance of the protagonist with Preethi – she is married to a suitor, which turns the protagonist into a high-level alcoholic. They end up meeting at the end.

Kabir Singh is about to hit the screens on June 21 this year and looks like a blockbuster. This will mark Shahid Kapoor's first film after Batti Gul Meter Chalu.
