Shatta Wale
Shatta Wale, king of dancehall, announced the total number of awards he has won since he reappeared in the music industry 6 years ago.
We can all remember that Shatta Wale once called Bandana and released his first album around 2004.
The album that then contained his hit song called 'Mokohoo' dominated many Ghanaian charts at the time.
The controversial Bandana artist after the release of the famous album entered a musical break for nearly 10 years before changing brands and returning in 2013 under the name of Shatta Wale.
Well, in 2013, under the name of Shatta Wale, he created a mess at the VGMA after losing Reggae Dancehall's year song to Kaaki and this gave him bad publicity.
But as we all know, he takes the opportunity to release a hit song "Dancehall King". This is the beginning of Shatta Wale's success story.
Shatta Wale can look back and feel proud of him in the six years since the VGMA disagreed with the publication of his first national banger.
As for its history, six years of sweat earned the Shatta Wale 71 award and produced many hit songs.
The sensational artist has launched himself into social media and has listed all the awards he has won over these years.
See the list below for yourself.
