Everton manager Marco Silva downplayed speculation Idrissa Gueye with a summer pbad to Manchester United.
Gueye is a Silva regular this season, but it has been reported in several outlets this week that Senegal's midfielder is sought after by United's new boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Silva, however, was phlegmatic about the transfer rumor and all the other things that could happen to him over the next few months, preferring instead to highlight Gueye's contributions to the Toffees.
"This is news for me," he said. "We have no worries about this or any other speculation in the media that will take place in the coming days or weeks.
"It's natural, but I'm not here to answer all the possible rumors.
"What's important to me, if you're talking about Gana, is to see how well he behaves, how he helps our team to focus fully and to work hard every day to behave as he did when he of the last match. "
Silva also discussed the season's owners, Kurt Zouma and André Gomes, who impressed temporary stays away from Chelsea and Barcelona, respectively.
When asked if permanent agreements were forthcoming – and if they could be finalized before the end of the season – Silva replied, "There is always a chance, but it does not." is not something that is in our hands.
