Corrie's star, Simon Gregson, is open on his battle against "terrible" anxiety.
Simon, Steve McDonald in the soap opera ITV, said a combination of therapy and medication helped him deal with the situation, adding "you'll be surprised how many people are suffering."
He said, "It's a hidden and terrible emotion, but it's manageable and manageable with the proper help. The tablets work differently for different people, mine worked with therapy.
"You have to find the right one for you. Life is complicated, having fun, kissing and loving each other.
Simon, 44, spoke to fans on Twitter after the BBC's Nadiya: Anxiety and Me, about the mental health issues of former Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain.
He has already spoken about fighting depression and was fired in 2015 for an undeclared disease. But two years ago, he declared that he was the happiest of his life.
The actor said at the time: "I had to pinch myself the other day – a beautiful woman and three beautiful children who are hilarious."
