- Place the chicken, ginger, garlic, honey, soy, oyster sauce and sriracha in the slow cooker bowl and mix. Cover and cook over low heat for 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken with a slotted spoon on a cutting board. Pour the cooking liquid into a medium saucepan. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid to form a thick paste. Add the cornstarch paste to the pan and simmer over medium-high heat for 2 minutes until thickened, whisking continuously.
- Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces, stir into the thickened sauce and cook until heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions, if using, and serve with rice and broccoli if desired.
