Smith: Cabinet is the "worst example" of discipline

Chief Whip, Julian Smith, said the government is the "worst example" of bad discipline on the part of the government in British political history.

Traditionally, bads, who are responsible for party discipline, do not speak publicly.

But in a series of interviews for The Brexit Storm, Smith revealed his frustrations with the Brexit process and some parts of the Conservative party.
