During his illustrious career, Snoop Dogg has traveled the world, seen millions of faces and recorded thousands of smokers, but he may remember the photo of a rapper smoking with Kurt Cobain, an icon from the last grunge.
On Thursday, July 4th, Uncle Snoop posted a picture on Instagram that showed him running straight into the back with the former Nirvana group leader smiling on a bed nearby. Snoop caption photo, "Young dog with Kurt 92."
Cobain, who is considered a rock legend, died of an apparent suicide in 1994. The epic photo has elicited much praise from Snoop's contemporaries. "This shit is amazing," commented Busta Rhymes.
"Wow, we already know you're legendary, you just took a few levels!" The singer of R & B Tyrese has been added.
Well, it turns out that the photo is actually a Photoshop work tampered with by the Instagram user _vemix_, known for his photoshopping of cultural icons.
_vemix_ commented on the confusion on Instagram by writing, "When you make Snoop believe that he's smoked with Kurt in 92 #ijustwokeupfor Aquickpissandsawthisshitlol."
We will give the rapper "I Wanna Thank Me" the benefit of the doubt and say that he probably had a smoking session with Kurt in the early 1990s, but 897,364 blunted it later on, his memory may be to be a little blurry.
