A little more than a day after the accused Internet Ariana Grande to steal elements of Soulja Boy "Pretty Boy Swag" for his new song "7 Rings" Big Soulja took a step forward to say the same thing. He did it by jumping on his Twitter account to quote a tweet written in a message written by Grande at 3am.
Drako has not left any doubt as to his position in the new Grande song. "Lol stops stealing my swag. Word," Soulja wrote in response to one of Grande's tweets, citing as an example those who, indirectly, had helped her compose the new song.
The first tweet that Soulja answered was in a thank-you thread that Grande posted very early in the morning. In the tweet, she clearly thanked everyone except Soulja, a person to whom many people, and apparently Soulja himself, feel indebted.
"I would not have done this bop of celebration or I would not feel good these days without my bright, kind and funny friends who get drunk, write songs and help me heal," wrote Grande. "I am extremely grateful for their support. @TAYLAPARX @VictoriaMonet @NJOMZA @Kaydenceis ??."
In response to this tweet, Soulja wrote: "Give me my credit period." In another quote tweet deleted since, a person thinks that Grande was in memory of his ex-boyfriend Mac Miller on the occasion of what would have been the rapper's 27th birthday, Soulja has laid another charge. In the tweet, he calls Grande a thief.
