GTV Ob Van CN has not fulfilled its financial obligation to GTV

There will be no live broadcast of matches from the Ghana FA Special Competition this weekend after the standardization committee has not paid for Ghana Television, GHANAsoccernet.com can report.

The interim body has not fulfilled its financial obligations to the state broadcaster, which has resulted in a boycott of matches this weekend.

GTV says it is financially stressed and will not be able to broadcast matches due to high production.

The Standards Committee vetoed GTV's television rights but was unable to fulfill its financial obligations to the organization.

GHANAsoccernet.com may reveal that the state broadcaster pre-financed the live televised matches mid-week in Elmina and Tarkwa.

The scenario put undue financial constraints on the state-owned media.
