Stacey Solomon revealed that she was suffering from "her mother's guilt" for her little son Rex.
The Loose Women worker admitted that she felt "dreaded" and "useless" guilt if she left her eight-week-old daughter alone, even for half an hour.
The 29-year-old opened her fight in a post on Instagram, admitting that she felt "a little embarrbaded" to feel like her.
Stacey wrote, "I should not have those feelings because I'm almost 8 weeks old and I'm so lucky to have amazing kids, a wonderful, loving, caring, and supportive family partner and I'm kind of embarrbaded about say…
"Let the truth be said, I'm going to have a bit of a heartbreaking day, one of those days that makes you feel bad, I do not know why.
She added, "My mother's guilt is in full swing. Nothing special triggers the feeling. It's right there. Tried to stay busy and organize the hell out of the house, which helped for short moments (but also felt guilty about it). "
Stacey, who had previously admitted to having problems with strange thoughts, added, "So make a conscious effort to try to accept it and let the feelings come and go."
She explained that she had taken the selfie with Rex several days earlier and that she was going back there to remember that the feeling of guilt was going to go away.
"I watched it all day to remind myself that these feelings will pbad and that every day will be different. Think of someone else who struggles to fight today or any other day, "she concluded.
