The GFA standardization committee
Yahaya Mohammed, captain of the Aduana Stars team, alleges that some sports journalists in the country have been compromised as a result of favors granted by the Standards Committee of the Ghana Football Federation (CNG) and are therefore unable to to perform their duties in a professional manner.
Yahaya Mohammed made this allegation during an interview with the Atinka FM radio station, based in Accra.
In the meantime, he failed to mention a name when the host asked him if he could reveal any of these compromised sports journalists.
"Some sports journalists took money from the standardization committee to defend them, and CN has done nothing so far," he told FM Atinka.
He added that the standardization committee has not normalized football in the country in the last five months because the situation does not differ from that of Kwesi Nyantakyi.
Former Asante player Kotoko also hinted that players would go out on the streets to voice their grievances to the government as they are affected by the current state of Ghanaian football.
