The first bookings for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Resort have now gone. However, fans can still earn a spot by staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel between May 31 and June 23, 2019, which will give participants a booking for the Star Wars. land per registered client.

Disney had previously announced that after opening Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland on May 31, fans would need a reservation if they wanted to enter the Star Wars country. from Disney and get to the outpost of Black Spire on the Batuu planet before June 23, 2019.

After this June 23, no reservations will be required and Disneyland will use a virtual queue system, if any, to allow fans to live out their Star Wars dreams at Galaxy's Edge.

Reservations have sold in less than two hours, but those who have booked a hotel room at the Disneyland Resort between May 31 and June 23 will also receive a guaranteed reservation at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

"We are delighted that our guests are as excited as we are for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge on May 31," said Disney's Liz Jaeger. "We are looking forward to visiting them – and we look forward to delivering an exceptional customer experience, now and after June 23, when reservations will no longer be needed to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge."
