State officials recover from ransomware attack on Georgia Patrol computer system

The piracy has cost the Georgian State Patrol much of its ability to communicate quickly with soldiers on the ground – and to set up a cyber-care system in most of the state government. But its reach is not commensurate with the fears of those in charge.
