I read that Nana Addo says the NDC should reduce the number of times it mentions her name in scandals. It was this same Nana Addo who denounced President John Mahama to the Council of Christian / Catholic Bishops for retweeting about him and his criminals as Sakawa boys. This shows that Nana Addo is uncomfortable when the lies the nuclear power plant has told us about her are exposed.
When former special prosecutor Martin Amidu called her the serpent mother of corruption and when the current Center for Democratic Development, CDD-Ghana revealed that most Ghanaians (62%) do not believe that Nana Akufo -Addo has the ability to deal with the threat of corruption. in the country, I did not hear Nana Addo complain about it. Maybe those who run it prevented him from hearing that out of fear of a heart attack.
This CDD report revealed to me that Ghanaians are starting to properly assess this government, in terms of corruption and governance. So I will urge all NDC communicators to stay on the message of corruption under this government.
Most of the people who voted for Nana Addo in 2020 didn’t because Nana Addo had good government or won against the war on corruption. They voted for him because they wanted him to be president for eight years and then kick the party out.
Right now, as you read this script, Ghanaians don’t want Nana Addo and the nuclear power plant out of power, but they also want them imprisoned. This is why the slogan of the Prophet Kofi Oduro, “from boarding to prison” caught on fire in Ghana.
The CDD report is very clear that Nana Addo lacks the capacity to deal with the threat of corruption in the country and that should be reason enough for the NPP to know that the 2024 elections are over for them. They should now think about how many years each will be in prison, including the president and his deputy.
I have said it and I will say it again, after 2025 the expectation of Ghanaians will be that President John Mahama continues his development agenda and that he also jails all these criminals including Nana Addo and Dr Bawumiah. If this has not crossed President Mahama’s mind, he should start looking for a tough, radical and ruthless Attorney General who will meet the expectations of Ghanaians while making a name for himself and the country. Some people need to be reminded of their boarding school and sent to jail. It is then that we will know that democracy is also good for Ghana.
I haven’t started writing yet.
Baby Mahama.
