The value of a dollar keeps climbing.

Although Apple's CEO, Steve Jobs, has always paid only money for his duties in Cupertino, Forbes' latest list of the richest 400 Americans in the United Kingdom lives up to his reputation. $ 6.1 billion … up $ 1 billion from last year.

As usual, most of this wealth is not from Apple, but from Jobs' position as the largest shareholder of Walt Disney Corporation: its shares are valued at around $ 4.4 billion. This fact alone never ceases to amaze me. In terms of revenue and valuation, Apple is essentially the hobby of Jobs. Nevertheless, Apple's shares continued to climb sharply over the past year, closing at a record $ 287.55 per share on Wednesday.

In total, Jobs managed to climb the ranks of last year's ranking, becoming the 42nd American man and the 136th richest man in the world. However, quite embarrbadingly, Jobs has been overtaken by several ranks of this year's list by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. In the hope, Steve feels the little sweaty arrival and frog eyes in the rankings a few dozen places in the years to come.
