Founder and leader of Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyinasare, advised employees to be loyal to their employers if they want to succeed in life and become job owners one day.
According to Bishop Agyinasare, many businesses are collapsing in Ghana because workers are not only unfaithful, they are also diverting business funds and badets to defend their local interests.
Speaking during a Sunday ceremony on June 2, 2019 at Perez Dome, Dzorwulu, Bishop Agyinasare, said: "If the work you are doing is not personal, God will not give you yours".
"And many people work for other people they are not loyal to. They sit in the store, they steal their bosses and the sad thing is that sometimes people think that when they sit in the store and they see the money coming in, they think it's profit, they may forget that a person has opened the store, they have taken out a loan, they have to pay rent, light bills, and if there is an air conditioner in the store, they pay an air conditioning bill, and when you go to a shop with an air conditioning, the air you breathe, they add [to the bill] … But people are working with people and once they see the money coming in, they think it's a profit and so many businesses are collapsing because of unfaithful people. "
"In Ghana, we are proud to be 70% Christians. If we are 70% Christians, it means that many people who are employed are Christians, but can you be faithful? Can your boss leave his job at home for 10 days and the business is not going to collapse? He asked.
