The National will release their new album, I am easy to findMay 17th via 4AD. The disc promises to be "different from everything" in the group's catalog, while remaining "totally in tune with the way they created for a large part of their career." The single "You Had Your Soul with You" demonstrated it with its rich and slippery compositions. and a bridge led by a woman. We have now given another sample of the album "Light Years".

The new title certainly aligns with some of the darkest moments in The National's past efforts, although the singer has added a new texture to the debates. "Light Years" works almost entirely on a piano-like line as Matt Berninger and his co-vocal singer: "Oh, the glory of all this was lost to me / until I saw it at how hard it would be to join you / And I would always be light-years / light-years away from you.

Discover the track via the video below, which presents excerpts from the film corresponding to the album, I am easy to find from director Mike Mills (20th century women) and with Alicia Vikander.
