A list of real estate in Sydney has garnered both praise and ridicule for a two-minute custom-made video called "so breathtaking that it borders on art".
The sumptuous cinematic offering of a four-bedroom home located in Padstow shows a couple dancing across the property, lurking on the kitchen's worktop, clumsily swimming, and then settling into his bed, all on a soundtrack of dance music.
The video, which was produced by a third company, was removed and uploaded again with a new song this morning, after its viral release.
On Twitter, this has been described as being unnecessarily badual, incredibly funny and "the most real estate agent video I've ever seen".
Real estate agent Sam Nader told Guardian Australia that he had prepared several videos for his properties and that he was pleased with this attention.
"I just wanted to do something different in the industry, and it really, really worked," he said. "I made one for a house in Illawong and it broke the neighborhood record. $ 3,205,000, sold before the auction.
"The video attracts the lure of the property, and the very purpose of real estate is to get as much eye as possible on the property. It was supposed to be funny. Whether funny, rude or bady, every video I make is different. "
Nader, who is a real estate agent for 12 years, said he always used a different cast of dancers and actors hired for each video.
The badysis of the video revealed that the woman and potentially the man shown dancing were actually different people from the couple featured on the wedding photos of the house.
The badysis of the floor plan also revealed that anyone using the toilet would have been visible from the kitchen and vice versa.
Nader said that he had planned another video for his next property, but that he wanted to "keep the secret".
"These are always different people, it's just creative marketing," he said.
