London subway workers face an increased threat of collective action in separate wage and job disputes.
The railway, shipping and transport union (RMT) has already rejected a wage offer, but is now caught in a new round of cuts.
The union rejected a 2.5% wage offer last month and is currently preparing two separate ballots for a claim action.
Transport for London (TfL) stated that it "remained available" for discussions.
RMT's secretary general, Mick Cash, said the TfLs "are attacking pay, staffing levels, security and working conditions."
He added: "We are now in conflict with London Underground on several fronts and we are mobilizing an industrial and political response that will reverse the course of these ill-conceived attacks."
Other unions in the tube sector, including the Transport Salaried Staffs Association, have also rejected the compensation offer.

TfL stated that over the next three years it should "reduce operating costs" and consult with staff and unions before making any changes.
A spokesman added: "None of this will compromise the safety of customers or staff, which will always remain our top priority.
"We remain available for discussions with the RMT."
