Spectators from across the country prepare for the Super Bowl LIII – but Avengers: End of the game fans might have a very specific reason to connect.

A television spot for Marvel's highly anticipated sequel is expected to debut at Sunday's Big Game after the release of the film's first trailer last December. Although there is currently no official confirmation as to the date of the beginning of the sequences, there are some possibilities, based on the antecedents of previous Marvel films.

The two television spots for The Avengers and Avengers: war in the infinite debuted during the game itself, a model that could be followed by End of Game. The Avengers & # 39; halfway through the second quarter, while War of Infinity spot made its debut at the beginning of the third quarter.

Yes End of Game follows a similar type of pattern, which leaves a fairly large window for when the spot could broadcast, from anywhere 7:30 p.m. at 9:30 p.m. EST, depending on pace (and how long the Maroon 5 halftime show ends up being).

As some have speculated, the spot could be aired before the kickoff, which a handful of Marvel films have achieved in the past. Captain America: Civil War debuted at the start of the Super Bowl, while Avengers: the era of Ultron put a trailer a few days before.

While tonight's game is scheduled for 6:30 pm EST and several trailers are already starting this morning, there is a good chance that End of Game The first images could be closer to the beginning of the game.

Even in this case, it's possible that Marvel Studios are doing something unexpected with the way they launch the End of Game spot, given the mbadive amount of hype surrounding the film. With Endgame capitalizing on the huge cliffhanger of Avengers: war in the infinite – and being on the verge of wrapping up a lot of topics in Marvel's film world – there's certainly a lot going on in all the films presented.

"If you were to think of Marvel's universe in the last ten years, that's the end of the book," co-director Joe Russo told reporters last year. "And then there may be new books written, but that's certainly the end of this book."

"As storytellers, I think what it means for us is that, even if you're still looking for a cataclysmic event in a movie, changing a character, challenging a character, and sort of exploring who that character is and testing who is this character, I think it gave us all in this film an opportunity to understand, what were these ultimate tests for these characters? "Co-director Anthony Russo added. "To go a step further than how you would normally test a character in one of these films, we have the freedom to think about it, in many cases, as a kind of final test."

Avengers: End of the game will be published on April 26. Other upcoming films from Marvel Cinematic Universe include Captain Marvel March 8, and Spider-Man: far from home the 5 of July.
