Surviving couple Joe Anglim and Sierra Dawn Thomas get engaged: "I did not know it was going to happen"

After a year of dating, the couple of survivors Joe Anglim and Sierra Dawn Thomas attaches.
Anglim, 30, and Thomas, 32, met for the first time on Survivor: Worlds Apart in 2014, but they did not go out together until last year.
After traveling to Arizona for the wedding of Anglim's sister, they stopped in Utah on their way home to camp for the night, the couple said. People.

Rock: Anglim, 30, and Thomas, 32, met for the first time on Survivor: Worlds Apart in 2014, but they did not go out together until last year.
"We arrived just as the sun was setting and we decided to take a short walk," Thomas said. "We found the perfect swivel chair facing the mountains and the most beautiful sunset. There were even deer crossing a dirt road!
"We blew up a bottle of rosé," she continues, "and we applauded in our clear plastic cups!
She added that when Anglim started to "profess her love" for her, she still did not know what was going on.

"I did not know it would happen," said Thomas, "but we will live happily ever after!
Anglim and Thomas met for the first time on Survivor: Worlds Apart, where Thomas finally voted Anglim in 10th place.
Thomas finished in fifth place and Anglim appeared the following year in Cambodia.

Thomas appeared in Survivor: Game Changers, where she was elected on the 32nd day in ninth place.
Anglim was removed from Second Chances after being considered a "physical threat" by other members of the group.
Survivor airs Wednesday night at 8 pm ET on CBS.
