Review 'Patience', the first single of groups in four years, NME wrote: "Despite vintage influences – traces of The Temptations, Todd Rundgren, The Trammps and even slight ABBA allusions remain at the heart of 'Patience' – Tame Impala's abandoned dance floor is still promising; Parker's crystalline production takes him into the 21st century …

"…[It’s also] a song full of hope; If you stick to the expression in which you believe and you exclude the opponents, you will ultimately reap the rewards of the money that you throw away simply can not buy. And if the return to the Tame Impala stadium is ready, it is advantageous to stick to your weapons. Patience, at the end of the day, is the greatest virtue.

Meanwhile, the band has recently announced a series of tour dates in the UK and Ireland. Tickets are on sale from 9am on Friday, April 12th.
