Scott Borchetta's response to Taylor Swift's allegations
After Swift published his letter to Tumblr, Borchetta responded with his own letter on the label's website.

We first alerted all shareholders on Thursday, June 20th, for an official shareholder call scheduled for Tuesday, June 25th. He went on to say that the agreement he had proposed to Swift had given him "100% of all badets of Taylor Swift … which would be transferred to him immediately after the signing of the new agreement".
He also claimed to know nothing of the bullying that Swift had talked about in his letter.
"Regarding his comments on" being in tears or on the verge of death "every time the name of my new partner, Scooter Braun, was mentioned, I have certainly never experienced that," he wrote. "Scooter has never been anything but positive about Taylor."
Taylor Swift has no regrets
In the aftermath, both sides suffered a strong reaction. Despite the criticism she received, Swift says she does not regret having posted her letter.
"She has no regrets about expressing her music catalog with Scooter," a source told People. "She wanted to share her truth with her fans."
Even after Borchetta posted his answer, Swift and his lawyer stick to the pop star's original point of view.
"Scott Borchetta has never given Taylor Swift the opportunity to buy his masters, or etiquette, with a check such as he apparently does for others," said his lawyer Donald Pbadman to People in a statement.
