(Bloomberg Opinion) – Universal Music Group’s desire to become a publicly traded stock has long sounded like a record broken. Almost four years after parent company Vivendi SA first pitched the idea, the record label that houses Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Bob Dylan is expected to finally be listed by the end of 2021.
