The United States rebounded Tuesday night in a 108-80 victory over Argentina, which was much needed after back-to-back losses to Nigeria and Australia earlier in the week. After getting off to a good start, the USA team were able to build their lead in the third quarter to end any hopes Argentina had to make things interesting down the home stretch.
Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, Bam Adebayo and Damian Lillard have been fantastic for the United States as the All-Stars have reached the level fans have grown used to over their respective careers. It will be imperative for Team USA that these four players continue to perform at a high level if the United States is to achieve its goal of winning gold.
With the win, Team USA drops to 1-2 in their Olympic warm-up games with a second clash against Australia Friday night at 6 p.m. ET on NBC Sports.
