– UK says terror attacks could hit Ghana
– They warned the British citizens of the country
– Terrorists would target areas visited by foreigners with indiscriminate attacks
The United Kingdom (UK) warned Ghanaian citizens against terrorist attacks likely to affect Ghana, according to a report consulted by YEN.com.gh on Citinewsroom.com.
This is part of an update on travel tips for UK nationals traveling to Ghana.
The update added that attacks could be blind, with target areas being the most visited by foreigners.

"Terrorists will probably try to launch attacks in Ghana. Attacks can be blind, even in places visited by strangers,"The update read.
It is estimated that about 90,000 British nationals visit Ghana each year.
This update comes at a time when the Canadian government has warned its citizens of potential violent crimes in Ghana after the alleged abduction of two of its citizens in Kumasi.

Meanwhile, an Uber driver was arrested in connection with the kidnapping of the two Canadians in Ghana.
They had gone to the Ashanti region as part of a work they were doing on behalf of a non-governmental organization (NGO).
The Ghanaian police said that she was working hard to arrest the people involved in this act.
