Tesla's Model 3 will be launched in the UK on May 1 and 2, CEO Elon Musk announced on Twitter on Thursday.
Launches in Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong will follow "shortly after," Musk said.

Musk then clarified that the UK order page would be available live on May 1st or May 2nd. The company will postpone the $ 1,000 price increase for full self-driving until May 10 to meet the needs of those who could not order on time (previously, the increase in price was planned for May 1st).

Tesla's Model 3 was officially unveiled in 2016, but the first units were delivered to the US in the second half of 2017.
As the company gradually increased production to 5,000 units per week in mid-2018, it began to offer the car in other markets, but Europeans had to wait until January. 2019 to be able to buy it. And even then, the launch was limited to a handful of left-handed countries.
